Dr. Daniel Luppens is a board certified plastic surgeon and a member of the American Medical Association. He has privileges at Peninsula Regional Medical Center as well as Chesapeake and Delmarva Surgery Centers.
Dr. Luppens is a native of Salisbury, Maryland and received his bachelor's degree from Duke University. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and subsequently spent six years at the Medical College of Virginia completing a Coordinated Plastic and General Surgical Residency. Dr. Luppens then chose additional fellowships in Aesthetic and Oculoplastic Surgery in order to offer the latest in reconstructive and functional eyelid surgeries as well as cosmetic procedures of the eyes in addition to a full service aesthetic practice.
Upon completion of his training Dr. Luppens joined Atlantic Plastic Surgery in 2009. His decision to join this practice was based on Dr. Arrington's reputation as a skilled surgeon and his philosophy for the provision of the highest quality of care for his patients.
