Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty is surgery to reshape the nose or correct a breathing problem such as a deviated septum. The surgery can be performed to make a variety of changes, including:

  • A nose that is too large for the face
  • A nose with a less-than-straight silhouette
  • A bump
  • A bulbous or drooping tip
  • Large nostrils
  • A too-wide bridge or overall shape

All of these problems can be corrected with a subtle surgery by Dr. Arrington, whose skills ensure that the rhinoplasty you receive will be natural-looking and completely appropriate for your face. Any necessary incisions will be inside your nose, so that there will be no visible scars.

The recommended lower age limit for rhinoplasty is about 15 or 16, and there is no upper age limit for patients in good health. A rhinoplasty can also be performed in conjunction with another cosmetic surgery. Ask Dr. Arrington about what can be achieved with a rhinoplasty for your unique, individual features. His high degree of artistry and skill can achieve a beautiful, permanent result for you.
